    Once you're done shopping, checking out is easy.

    How is the store stock availability ?
    Wen an item is listed as B/O (backordered), it means that the item is temporarily out of stock.
    • We will notify you via e-mail the approximate date the item is expected to be available for shipment.
    • You may also cancel the backorder.
    • Credit card orders will automatically refunded if we are unable to ship you order within 7 days.
    • Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.
    Do you charge sales tax?
    Sales tax is charged only to states where Fashionmonsters.com has a physical presence. Currently this is only CALIFORNIA.
    How long does it take to receive the tracking and the item ?
    • A single purchase item, after payment has been cleared and received, usually we ship out within 24 hr.
    • Delivery Within US, USPS Priority Mail Service usually takes 2-5 business day.
    • International; USPS GLOBAL PRIORITY usually takes 4-7 business day.
    • Pre-order / Back-order; Approximate delivery date Will be noted or notified.
    • All Tracking numbers usually are generated within 24-48hr. after payment is received. You can actually check on the status of your order(s) by visiting on our site.
    What forms of payment do you accept?

    Thank you for shipping at Fashionmonsters.com! Our exchange and return Policies are stated below:

    To be eligible for an exchange, credit or refund, the merchandise must be returned unworn with tags intact and must be accompanied by the original packing slip and your note (if applicable).

    * We must receive your return item(s) within 30 days of receipt. * Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. These products are clearly stated on it's listing. * Returning item(s) is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insured for the value of the goods. * Note: S&H fee is non-refundable.
    (You may exchange the item for a different size / color if preferred. )


    For exchanges;

    • Clearly write a style, size, & color on a note for any new items you'd like in exchange.
    • We will send in-stock items right away and credit you for your return once item is received at our warehouse.
    • International Orders: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping on returns & exchanges.

    • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
    • Sending item back is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

    How to determine the S&H fee ?
    • Shipping cost is based on several factors, including total cost of items, the weight of the package, and the destination.
    • Add your selected items to your cart. Proceed to checkout where you will be asked your preferred method of shipping.
    • Enter destination Zip code. This will display the cost for shipping that specific package on that particular day.
    • To calculate the cost of shipping a package internationally, you must first register on our site.
    • We ship item using; USPS PRIORITY, USPS GLOBAL PRIORITY, USPS GLOBAL EXPRESS on few occasion we might use UPS and Fedex too.
    • Wholesale items s&h will be noted on the listing. Depending on quantity of your order. (please contact us for further inquiry.)
    How can I track my order?
    • You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted.
    • In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped.
    • This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.

    What is Fashionmonsters.com shipping policy ?

    We ship worldwide.

    • For Domestic, we are using USPS Priority Mail with Delivery confirmation. All items ship out within 1-2 business days of payment verification with an approximate in-transit time of 2-3 days.

    • For International, we are using USPS Global Priority / Global Express Priority Mail Service.

    How do I register?
    • Simply click on 'my account'€¯ and you will be provided with a direct link that will walk you through the process.
    • If you have never purchased from us before, you must register with us to place an order.
    • If you already have items in your cart and are ready to complete your order, simply click on 'checkout', and this will automatically direct you to our register page.
    What your guideline for order proccesing ?
    • Orders placed Monday-Friday before 4 PM PST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification.
    • All orders placed after 4 PM PST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 48 hours.
    • Orders placed on Friday after 4 PM PST will begin processing on the following Monday.
    • Fashionmonsters.com will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.
